Season 1 Launch Changelog: Progression Rebalanced, Vendor Prices Up
Ahead of the September 10 Early Access launch, Bulkhead slowed the level 10–20 progression curve, flattened it from level 35 onward, and sharply raised several vendor and unlock prices — including the Large Hammer support unlock, up from $25,000 to $75,000.
Progression curve rebalanced
Levels roughly 10 through 20 were deliberately slowed down, and the curve was flattened from level 35 onward, so the grind toward high-level unlocks stretches out rather than front-loading everything in the first few sessions.
Vendor and unlock prices raised
Several key prices moved sharply upward: the FOB vendor price rose from $2,500 to $7,500, the Large Hammer vendor price from $1,600 to $2,400, the Medic's Medium Hammer support unlock from $10,000 to $25,000, and the Large Hammer support unlock from $25,000 to $75,000 — a 3x jump on the game's most expensive Support-role unlock.
Vehicles, reporting, voice chat and stability
The same changelog covers vehicle and reporting adjustments, voice chat improvements, a reworked server browser (later split further in Patch 0.11), better startup reliability, and multiple crash fixes going into the Early Access launch.
