What is WARDOGS?
WARDOGS is a 100-player, 3-team tactical FPS by Bulkhead (published by Team17), set in the fictional region of Kolchia. Teams fight over a randomized Control Zone, King-of-the-Hill style, with a persistent cash economy — every life starts with a $10,000 gear budget.
Is WARDOGS out now?
Yes — WARDOGS launched into PC Early Access on September 10, 2026, after a closed beta that ran from August 22. PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions are planned for 2028.
Is WARDOGS free to play?
No. The base Early Access edition is €39.99, with a €49.99 Supporter Edition.
How many players are in a WARDOGS match?
Up to 100 players, split across three competing factions — Lonestar, Valkyra, and Manticore — fighting over a 4km² Control Zone inside a much larger 256km² map.
What are the WARDOGS factions?
Lonestar (blue), Valkyra (red), and Manticore (green). They're lore/cosmetic only — no faction has different weapons or stats, all three buy from the same armory.
Does the WARDOGS economy reset?
Yes — the game runs on economy-resetting seasons, roughly month-long during early access. Role XP, account level, and most unlocks reset each season, so treat grind-time and unlock-level info as relative to the current season, not permanent.
Loadout Command — what is this site?
Loadout Command is a fan-made community hub for WARDOGS: an interactive loadout calculator, role guides, faction and map breakdowns, and patch notes — not affiliated with Bulkhead or Team17.
